What Shrinam does

Shrinam is an AI “web rep” you place on your website. She greets every visitor in natural voice, understands what they need, answers from your knowledge base, qualifies real buyers, books meetings on your calendar, and — with consent — remembers every visitor across visits. Her difference isn't that she answers questions; it's that she keeps a real memory of your relationships, so no customer is ever a stranger twice.

Why we built her

The idea started with a simple, uncomfortable pattern. In our own work we kept chasing the next new thing and quietly leaving the last one behind. Then we noticed the same pattern everywhere: we all keep making new connections — new followers, new contacts, new leads — while the relationships we already have slowly go cold.

It's true in life: we chase new friends while taking family and old friends for granted. And it's true in business: companies spend heavily to bring in new visitors, new leads, new customers — then never acknowledge the ones who already arrived. You invited a guest, but you never opened the door.

The biggest waste isn't the visitor who says no. It's the relationship you paid to create and then never nurtured.

You cannot personally welcome thousands of visitors, remember each one, and follow up with everyone — a human team simply can't scale that warmth. But an AI with real memory can.
