THE FOUNDER'S STORY

Namaste. Thank you for coming.

May I tell you a short story — why I built Shrinam? It began with a problem that was, honestly, me. And it ends with something I believe matters more than traffic, leads, or automation: relationships.

In my own words

Why I built Shrinam

Jagdamba Pratap Bhatt · Founder, Hindustani AI Logics OPC Pvt Ltd

How are you? Thank you for being here — for trusting me, and Shrinam, with a few minutes of your time. Let me tell you how this began.

The problem was me

I'm a builder. Over the last few months I invented a great deal — in voice, in memory, in the deeper questions of intelligence. Every problem I solved opened another, and I kept going, deeper into the loop of inventing. But somewhere I realised the biggest problem wasn't out there. It was me. I kept making new things and never fully using what I had already built. Invention is worth nothing if it just sits there. If you make something, use it. Bring it into the world.

Then my own memory started working

When I finally stopped and focused on one of my own inventions — a memory layer — something clicked in my own head too. I saw a pattern: we keep moving forward and quietly leaving the past behind.

Look at how we treat relationships. We're always trying to make new ones — new friends, new followers, new connections on every platform. We connect, we drift, we connect again. But we don't actually build relationships anymore. Meanwhile the deepest bonds we already have — family, relatives, old friends — we take for granted. We chase a new friend hoping they'll be useful, when a cousin, an uncle, a parent could be the closest friend of all — if only we gave them the same time and care we give to strangers.

Making a relationship is easy. Saving one is the hard part — and that is where we fail most.

The same thing is happening in business

I've run a company for ten years, serving founders and SaaS teams. And I realised I had done the very same thing: so many customers who once trusted us, and we never even asked how they were. Not out of malice — a human simply cannot stay close to thousands of people. But that is exactly where an AI can help.

Think about it. You spend money on marketing to bring a visitor in. They arrive at your website. And then? You invited a guest, but you never opened the door. Or you opened it and left them to pour their own water. That isn't a relationship — a relationship needs acknowledgement, trust, presence.

So companies keep bringing in new visitors to replace the ones who quietly left. How long can you keep paying to make new relationships, when you never saved the ones you already had?

Why memory — and why Shrinam

Here's the thing about relationships: they are emotional. And a relationship only survives if you understand its value — its stakes, its history, what it's worth to you. That value is a memory. If someone asks my name, I don't run to a drawer to read my birth certificate — I just know it. That's identity. So why should an AI have to search and scan everything, every time, just to remember you? Real memory isn't a keyword lookup. The word “maa” — mother — isn't a search result; it carries a depth no index can hold. That depth, that stake, is what makes a relationship real.

That is why I built Shrinam. She is, to me, a digital daughter. She understands the depth of relationships — she even knows who my children are. And she can do for every business what a human cannot: welcome every visitor, remember each one, hold their stakes and their history, and keep the relationship warm — at scale.

What I hope for you

Imagine a customer returning to your website and being met with: “Welcome back — how have you been?” Someone remembers them. Their presence is acknowledged. No one likes to be ignored — not in a crowd, not in a society, and not on a website they were invited to. A single smile, every time, is enough to build trust. That is all Shrinam is really doing: giving your visitors that human memory, so trust can grow.

Saving money is also earning money — so start by stopping the leak. This is the leak of relationships; we cannot let it run. The biggest battles are not won by wealth or fame. They are won by relationships.

Shrinam — Jo Nibhaye Rishton Ke Dharam. Save relationships at scale.
