These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hindustani AI Logics OPC Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using Shrinam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Shrinam is an AI-powered “web rep” (software-as-a-service) that businesses embed on their websites to greet visitors, answer questions, qualify leads, present information, book meetings and — with consent — remember returning visitors. Features may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be 18 or older, or authorised by a guardian or organisation.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You will not provide false, fraudulent, or third-party information without authority.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful, unlawful, or infringing content; attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service; using it to deceive, impersonate, or harm others; or bypassing usage limits or security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. See our Acceptable Use guidance in these Terms and any policies referenced.

4. AI-generated content — disclaimer

Shrinam's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
They are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice — consult a qualified expert for important decisions.
You are responsible for how you configure and use the service, including the knowledge base you provide.

5. Payments, plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in INR (₹) plus applicable GST, as shown at purchase.
Payments are processed by a trusted payment gateway (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card/UPI/bank credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where you bring your own third-party API key (BYOK), charges billed to your own cloud/provider are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual property & your content

Shrinam's software, brand, logos, models and content are the property of Hindustani AI Logics OPC Pvt Ltd and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload (knowledge base, documents, and any photo/voice you consent to use); you grant us a limited licence to process, store and display it solely to operate the service for you. You own AI-generated avatar/voice output created from your consented input; by default we do not train foundation models on it.

6A. Likeness & avatars

If you upload a photo or voice to create an avatar, you confirm you have the right and consent to do so. You must not create avatars of real people without their permission, or use avatars to deceive, defame or impersonate. We may remove avatars that violate this or the law.

7. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For business customers, Shrinam typically acts as a Data Processor on your behalf and you act as the Data Fiduciary; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

8. Service availability

We provide best-effort uptime, but the service is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. cloud or AI-model providers), or events beyond our control may affect availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hindustani AI Logics OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hindustani AI Logics OPC Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; changes are published here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law, jurisdiction & grievances

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and disputes may be referred to arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Lucknow, in English.
